If a cancellation is made 14 days prior to the course commencement a refund will be given less 10% administration fee. A refund is not available if cancellation is made less than 14 days before the commencement date, however, students can avail of a transfer to a further training course date. The new date chosen must be within the following 18 months or the fee will be forfeited. Only one transfer date will be available, any further date changes will incur a transfer fee.
